first time grower, long time smoker!!

allright guys i was wondering, i have cabinets in my room, im a first time grower, and i was wondering if any of you could give me a nice setup to start 2-4 plants, were my parents wont see a spike in the electric bill, and could u give me a materials list. any help is appreciated, because its all for the DIGGITY DANKERS.

wow, all i have to say is that you're very brave to grow if you're living with parents. unless they're cool wit it.
