To cut it up, why don't you buy Razor Blades? They're super sharp... You can hold them with some Vise-Grips (or pliers) and cut it up...

I mean, I know I've cut all sorts of stuff with Razor Blades... if you're carefull with them, you can cut up almost anything!

Lets just hypothetically say i have a fair quantity of cannabis resin in my possession that i need to cut into more manageble chunks....say 1/4s. Whats the best way to do this? Ive heard techniques like sticking it in the microwave for 10 secs then cutting with a hot knife....also heard sealing it in a plastic bag then chucking it in a kettle to boil before cutting it would work.
