Yeah nutmeg gets you fucked up but for me the first time i did it i eat 3 spoon fulls of it and it did nothing. So i had to do like 6 spoon fulls it was pretty fun but that shits so nasty why dont u just do coricidin well heres a good web site for nutmeg
