Why are people still trippin' over the aluminum foil thing? STDzRus once had a great post about aluminum foil AND COPPER! Unless you tend to hold your lighter on your bowl for the entire time you're smoking, you don't have any worries. You just need to cherry your bowl ASAP and get the flame off the tin/copper. Any longer than 10 seconds of direct flame from a bic will release those gases, but not 2 or 3. Max is about 5 seconds with butane.

Anyway, to answer your question, roll a joint with whatever paper available, or make a piece yourself. It's not that hard.

when my friends and i needed something, we just took a 20 ounce soda bottle, melted a choke hole, poked a hole and put a tin foil bowl on the top. The hole you drink out of is the hole that you inhale the smoke through.
