Exhaling through your nose

I do both. I never thought exhaling through the nose made any difference with the buzz, but I did it anyway. It's just a habit.

Never heard it called French inhale before! Goes to show, you do learn something every day!

He told us to try doing it so we did and i seemed a bit high but thats probably just becuase i kept thinking i was gonna get higher, any feedback on this would be much appreciated. Rating: 5
