Exhaling through your nose

dont think it makes much difference. I like to do irish waterfalls with ma smoke. Out throught the mouth after a big hit and inhale up the nose!

I do both. I never thought exhaling through the nose made any difference with the buzz, but I did it anyway. It's just a habit.
