Exhaling through your nose

dont think it makes much difference. I like to do irish waterfalls with ma smoke. Out throught the mouth after a big hit and inhale up the nose!

I do both. I never thought exhaling through the nose made any difference with the buzz, but I did it anyway. It's just a habit.

He told us to try doing it so we did and i seemed a bit high but thats probably just becuase i kept thinking i was gonna get higher, any feedback on this would be much appreciated. Rating: 5
