weed legal in spain, italy, and netherlands?
according to this canadian website I came across, marijuana is legal is spain, italy, the netherlands, and decriminalized in australia. I don't know, seems fishy to me these countries would have so little publicity behind holland (yes, I know the netherlands is holland). anybody know anything about this?

in spain, your allowed to grow 200 plants and smoke weed privately. You can do anything in your personal space there, no smoke bars etc. there though... it's only privately.
it's near marroco, they get some good hash also i bet

Well another place not mentioned is Switzerland. You can purchase it in certain stores designated to sell. You can't smoke outdoors, but you could smoke on the trains in the smoking sections :stoned: Great stuff, great times.

I thought it wasn't legal anywhere, just tolerated? I'm good friends with a foreign exchange student from holland, and she says it's legal there, but who's to say she knows any more of her country's laws as most americans do theirs.

In holland it is legal to have personal usage amounts and coffee shops are permitted to have in bulk and sell personal usage amounts to individuals - see here.
In the other countries I think a blind eye is turned, a bit like in the London Borough of Lambeth where the weed is rife and the police, under a progressive leader, effectively decided not to prosecute or care about minor cannabis possesion. :rasta:

I swear to god why is this world so fucked up? Why is something like weed so illegal. I'm gonna make my own country and make weed legal. BUAHAHAH. I remember saying that when i was like 6 too, but for different stuff.

He he, you can do that, you know. You have to declare yourself independant or something. These guys did it and make a lot of money out of offshore hosting.
