Colleges: Stoner Quotient?
Is there a website anywhere that talks about the stoner scene at colleges around the nation? I know High Times did a 10 Best list a while back, but is there a larger database for all colleges?
If not someone should definitely start one. That said, I nominate this thread the "Official Tell Us How Good Your College Is For Smoking Weed" Thread! :stoned:Goodman3eb Reviewed by Goodman3eb on . I'd think the #1 would have to be California State-Humboldt. Humboldt County is like the capital of outdoor Marijuana growing in the U.S. and one of the big draws for Humboldt Sate is their Botany program. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
UC Santa Cruz would also have to be pretty high on the list. Everyone I know who's gone there was a toker. The campus is tucked up into the Santa Cruz mountains and they routinely find pretty large patches of weed growing on the campus itself.

I found a link http://www.hightimes.com/ht/lounge/c...bid=645&aid=24
Looks like Humboldt only made #8. Oh well, it would still be my pick. Nothing like getting high in the giant redwood forest

Wow, either that's (/\) actually amazing, or I'm really high right now.
BTW, that thing after the "that's" is pointing to the post above, but now it just looks like Pac-Man.

haha, my sister goes to boulder, and yeah, there is a LOT of weed there. i dont know if you have ever seen the pics from boulder during 420, but its insane...basically a huge crowd in a large field on campus with a huge cloud of smoke over it.

I second your request for that information. I found a website a while back that rated campuses on drug use...all I remember is that Princeton was a lot more drugged out than I expected (cocaine problem, apparently) but nothing pertaining to weed specifically. My sister goes to Berkeley, says it's a stoner school...I smoked there over the summer at a frathouse. There were bongs literally everywhere and everyone was smoking. We used a nice dual chamber bong, but there was a 6-footer in the corner.

Also Reed College has a lot of stoners. Look at schools on the West Coast, cause there's better access to weed here I think. At most schools, even the ivies, you can find a few good stoners if you look hard enough.
