Ok well your in a jam. Your new have donno what your doing. Even if you had papers you might fuck it up and make a big mistake rollings, thus ruining the point of smoking the weed. If you can not go and buy a pipe or bong or papers, which I'm guessing your under age? cuz you could have gotten papers on your own instead of asking. I would say try using a TP roll shotgun. Be warned you might find it a little...much but its only cuz your new ^.^

Just get a TP roll and make a hole in it a little up from the middle, the hole should be about the size of your middle tip finger. I tend to use my thum instead, but your new so lets be easy. Then take some foil and make a bowl by placing your finger in the middle of the foil and push your finger into the hole in the TP roll. Tape down the ends of foil take sticks up just so the foil wont fly off the roll and you lose weed. Then using a needle, poke small holes in the bowl, enough so smoke can escape the foil and be sucked in the TP roll. There, now you have your own, easy to make in 5 min, shotgun. To use it just put the weed in the bowl andplace the end where the bowl isnt closest to you mouth. Then using one hand block the other hole. Light the weed and take a decent puff to make sure it stays burning. After the first puff juust take small or so puffs. If you think you can handle it take bigger puffs. Dont push it or you will be the next person to make a topic about how weed made you puke...
