No not really, if you can depends on the voltage the bulb requires to ignight. Some don't use the same voltage as others so check the speck sheet so you know before you try. If the voltage is wrong then the bulb may light but it will burn up in about 5 min if you are not careful.

A 200w light bulb? This is just a guess but I say the voltage is not correct. 400w, 600w & 1000w are the same but not a 200w. I'm just guessing here but I bet the 200w is different.
