Why follow tradition?
Why do people feel the need to do things as a group and create a ritual out of it?
I know why, because it's shameless self-preservation. Ancient peoples developed these traditions with purpose. That purpose was to keep together and keep alive. At one point, it was the funnest thing these people could do, so they guided their children into it, and so on and so forth.

Well, to hell with tradition! Find your own way of keeping alive! If you fail, boo hoo! God will love how you tried!

Do you really think the Father of all mankind really gives two shits if two gay guys fuck each other's brains out?
