i have one of those right now in the lab over 7 new sprouts i think there great especially for them swirl around cfl's

i was told that they push alot of heat down onto the plant so you cant ge tthe lights as close. but doew having them concentrate the light enoguht to compensate for the distance between th light and the plant???
