If you're using windows, click on 'all programs' go to 'accessories' then to 'paint.'

You can make pictures using your mouse and pixels. The magnifying feature helps too.

To be honest im not sure the medium (paintings, sculptures etc) but i was wondering if anybody on the forums created things like this and if you have ever considered selling.
