To tell you the truth I dont think there is any way to tell whether you are addicted or not unless you actually tell yourself youll quit and try to go for it, then see how your body and mind respond. If you just say "im gonna quit for a month or two to prove it to myself" its kind of pointless, as your mind will still have the comfort of thinking about what it will be like when those one or two months are over. Periodiclly stopping does nothing, because you body will automaticly wait out whatever span of time your quitting for, as long as you get your fix after that.
