    we're all addictied

people these days find so many things to get addicted to. weed, drugs, alcohol, sex, pain, suffering, depression, disease, sickness attention, school, work, sports, friends, family, the comfort of your loved one in your arms...

some people can't do without these things, some people go a little crazy without them. some people will lie, cheat and steal to get these things.

what i dont understand, is why people think they can't do anything about it, when they are well aware that its a problem.

It was the choice I made first that put me on the road to ruin. It was the choice I made before I lost control that caused me to lose control.

Temptation didn't force me to do it, I chose to succumb to temptation. I had the choice at the beginning.
then why the hell dont you think you have the choice now...

i agree. i think people are addicted to anything good though. if u had the opportunity without getting caught or anyone noticing, you would steal a car, you would steal a bottle of soda, you would steal diamonds, you would steal a pack of gum. people feel the need to take things from birth.

no passit, thats not true, why do people believe that? believing that is what fucks people up and makes them depressed in the first place. believing that "if it were my choice, i'd just give into temptation."

cause once you believe that, you start to look for things to control you. some people take drugs so they can blame the drugs. some people become hypochondriacs, so they can have a disease to blame.

why can't people believe that the ultimate goal isn't temptation?

you're one of the more optimistic ones.

but i've noticed that with us weed smokers in particular, alot of us are more depressed, apathetic, and have more learned helplessness than the sober crowd.

i am addicted to weed, i am not dependent on weed. weed makes a good time. so do my other hobbies, such as wakeboarding, sailing and taking long walks on the beach. marijuana interests me more than anything. i would love to have a career researching it. i am addicted only in the sense that if i could toke right now, i would. i do not need weed, i am not dependent upon it.

okay this is already a pissing contest with two winners.

    lmao.

firstyl, if you could get away with it, you would, no denying this, but also, not all people do things to get away with them, some people do things not because they realy want to, but so that they can get attention.

attention seekers give people doing the same things (but for REASON) a bad name.

attention seekers give pot tokers a bad name, attention seekers give thieves a bad name, attention seekers give attention seekers a bad name lol.

me? i dont feel a need for anything but food, sex, and pot, three things that CAN be aquired for free, but NOT within modern society; you have to buy everything, even love (no house/job/car no honey).

my ultimate goal is to enjoy, to live without conflict.

i want to eat for free without being attacked, without having to steal to eat, or be attacked for stealing to survive.

i want to get stoned for free, without being attacked for... wel.. im really not sure what...

i want to be loved, and have others to love, both physically, and mentally.

these are things that only rich people can really have y'know... >=C
