i used to hyperventilate for a rush when i was like 8, 9, 10, 11... i stopped doing it so much by then though... no reason really... but then i got high...

also, i like to deprive my brain of oxygen by holding my breath as long as possible.

i can do about 2 1/2 minutes...


and roughly 15-45 seconds of reverse hold yer breath (let it all out, and dont breathe in)...

this is to exersize my lungs for swimming...
