Is there some spirit in mushrooms?

I swear to god, everytime i do mushrooms, i see similar trippy ass things, like Multicolored eyes, mayan symbols, and fucking trippy ass looking mushrooms. It's always so spiritual.. everytime im on them, i think about where they originated, which i think was in mayan times. I don't know what im trying to get at, but don't you think shrooms make you see into the spiritual world? If there is a spiritual world, the shrooms are prolly playing tricks on our minds.

I think your right about shrooms as a method of contact with the other side. I quit shrooms because the last time I was shrooming I was home alone playing pinball (I have 2 arcade pinball machines) and I was having conversations with something not of this world (ghost, alien, etc). At the time I was having a good time and great conversation but when I came down it scared the hell out of me!!! Did the shrooms open up a way to see the other side or was it all in my mind I canâ??t say for sure.

The other side? I don't even know what the fuck this side is?!!! A ball falling in space relative to about a gazillion other balls all falling, and thats reality.

i always thought shrooms just brought up anything and everything from anywhere in your brain and displayed it to you in the most insane way, so maybe you just think about mayan symbols or something to that degree alot, and thats what the shrooms are makin you see

There's been points in my trips where i look in one spot, and so many things are going on in my room, its hard to keep up (mini pictures hidden everywhere, pictures within pictures) things dont make sense(eyes in the wrong spots, smeared face.) And evertime i do shrooms, it seems like peoples skin is always made of a elastic sheet.

Having a shroom trip is like going to the doctor for a brain enema. Afterwards, I feel so refreshed to have worked out all the shit in my head. I tripped on Friday and it was so awesome! Walked around outside and had tons of fun until I started getting cold and then I said I wanted to get home... Then it stuck with me. I said it again, only to realize after looking up, that I was right in front of my house. Then when inside and kinda sat catatonic, flushing my brain... and had some mad visuals at the time. It's great still... even though I had that bump in the trip.

Hey raindrop have you ever read "the Yaqui way of knoledge." by Carlos Casteneda. In it he describes a peyote experience where he met the spiritual manifestation of the peyote plant, named Mescalito (not sure I spelled that right). Casteneda had a full blown contact experience, mabey Psilocibin (Shrooms) has a similar spirit within it that you have contacted on some small level.
Keep an open mind about it and remember that the point of existence is Love and Knowledge, so seek both with all your heart.
