    Flowering Question

try bending the plants under wire or just train them ,,,,works well for me,,,,,i would recomend bending over choping them .you could take the tip out then bend it as it grows,,i bend mine as the buds grow, until it slows a bit then i get a heap of buds growing up towards the light,,,,,you need more side ways room for this method than height.....

    Flowering Question

bending is the best option... by bending your plant, you allow more light to reach the lower areas of the plant where bud development would normally be scant/weak.. your secondary growth will branch upward away from the main stem and be more uniformly exposed to the light... it will leave you with several small main colas, and when done properly will increase potency and yield

side note: i always induce flowering early.. usually around 2 or 3 weeks to keep hieght under control
