I have gotten caught randomly with weed and my parents were drug testing me randomly and my last test i passed but i have been smoking a little since. Im gonna stop this week in fear of another test. Everyone I know that smokes which is a lot of people tell me to just drink a gallon of water a day and maybe take some detox. I have heard that Cranberry Juice can help clean out your system of THC faster than Water, is this true? Can anyone suggest a good detox that I can find at a local smoke shop or GNC? PLEASE HELP

Water only dilutes the drug metabolites. You need to only drink about 8 glasses of water a few minutes before the test. Cranberry juice is only recomended because it makes you piss. THC(this is in weed) is only fat-soludable. Detoxs do not work, The water that you take with them do all the work. Check this out.

True you cant actually just remove it.Smoke a blunt and go to the gym and sit in a sonna or however you spell it,that makes you sweat alot.Buy some cranberry pills to take with that gallon of water youll need before the test,also some b complex.You can find these at wal mart or dollar general anywhere.The cranberry things are in the grocery store where all the vitamins are,or you can buy a urinary tract medicine called AZO's cranberry,they are the same thing.I would just buy some b complex vitamins and normal cranberry pills to pop with that gallon cause cranberry juice is kinda nasty.Unless you wanna be a guinea pig and mix it with vodka?

If your gonna having a drug test coming soon you need to put your body in a fat storing stage. Start eating foods high in calories. This will make the drug metabolites stay in your fat and out of your urine and bloodstream. If your start exercising before the test,you're burning the THC enriched fat which will go back into your blood and urine.
