2 plants 1 pot??????

I have 2 plants, one's 14' and the other 15'...they're in the same pot they're about 3 weeks old...my pot is about 3-4 gallons

IS IT BIG ENOUGH????

No it is not. The general rule of thum is one plant per pot and one gallon for each foot the plant is tall. Heres an example. A three foot tall plant would require a minimum pot size of three gallons but the larger the pot is the more room the roots have to grow thus increasing plant height and overall bushiness. of course it can be done...

Just not very well... you CAN grow two plants in the same pot... you'll just have smaller, not nearly as healthy plants. If the pot is large enough, with enough soil. then yes.. it can be done. problems are much bigger though.. because two plants will end up getting the same kind of nute problems. and they'll react differently when treated...

best thing to do.... stick to one plant per pot
ideal pot size is 3-5 gallons

MJ likes to stretch her feet.. esp deep.. the more room for root growth, the better... .2 plants in one por restricts roots, leading to other problems

also if you have one of those plants end up male, it is impossible to safely separate the roots, so you have to chop it down, leaving dead roots in with your girl

in the future it would be best to keep 1 plant per container
