I can understand why ODB would be pissed if he actually had put any money at all into this besides shipping, but icky was just trying to be nice and do him a favor by sending him a freebie. A fucking FREEBIE! Why complain over something that's free? Even if you don't get it, you're NOT losing anything. You should've known that the $20 could possibly be lost just because sending weed anytime in the mail is a gamble, but I would never complain if this was being done for me as a favor.
