OMFG i just fucking found my moms chrystal meth.. not only that but i found out my cousin sold it to her wtf!!!! you dont understand my mom has been sober forever i thought and now this omg, i put her on lock down i maybe 15 years old but i am the fucking adult i took her car, atm, credit cards, cigs, phone, everything she fucking has is mine now and tomorrow.. im taking the car driving it straight down to my cousins house tomorrow with a couple friends and beat the fucking hell out of him and get my fucking money back from that crack head!! you dont know how fucking pissed i am ahh!!!!!

It's his fucking cousin, man! If your cousin was selling meth to your mom who would you take it out on? I know I'd beat the shit out of my cousin. He should have decency to respect his cousins wish and not feed his mothers, obviously out-of-hand addiction. Don't get me wrong. His mother needs some stern punishment, too. Pimp slap her. I don't think anyone would blame the dealer if he was a 40 year old half dead man cooking meth on his P.o.S. stove in his trailer.

Such is not the case.

His COUSIN, is selling METH, to his MOTHER.

Since you're teaching us basic supply and demand skills ((in a very assholish manner I should add)) I'll teach you some basic math skills.

COUSIN - METH = MOTHER + METH

COUSIN + HANDLING_THE_SITUATION = MOTHER - METH

If his mom doesn't have any other place to get meth than his cousin who is clearly willing to take advantage of anyone ((including family)) for personal gain, than stop the cousin from dealing the meth to his mother. It could be a simpler solution for kid taking care of his mother than trying to put her in rehab so that he can end up in a foster home.

But it isn't a child's job to take care of a parent like that. They don't have the capacity to. If this isn't her first time using then obviously something didn't work out the first time she quit. Get her somewhere that has experience dealing with addiction.

As for the cousin, he is still a dealer who's primary goal is to make money. I don't know any dealer... black, white, poor, rich, fat, skinny, purple... that would turn down a customer with money. I don't see how he is taking advantage of anyone when everyone goes home happy. To spin it otherwise is a bit hypocritical considering this is a drug site. The relationships are semantical.

My "assholish manner" was directed at the guys advocating beating people with baseball bats. Otherwise I think it is a sad situation that should be handled by professionals.

Your right I suppose, at least in the sense that it's not a child's place to take care of his parent. Sadly, this is already the case with him. I think it's better he take care of his mom than have someone with no love for him taking care of him.. especially since he's already had to fill those shoes, it becomes hard to take them off. ((it's hard to take away a person's freedom when you've already given it to them))

As for a dealer never turning down a customer, that's why people here are advocating baseball bats ((though too extreme)) because when the cousin realizes that he will be beat within an inch of his life if he ever sells to the kids mom again.. he'll learn how to turn down a customer with money.

He said his mom was mentally ill, and she has a kid. Everyone may go home happy initially, but the kid will not be happy. And professionals don't know how to handle situations like these sadly, I'm not sure anyone really does though. In most cases they just remove the child from the inadequate parent even if she was loving. This is a big mistake in alot of cases. They should impart help and stuff like that for the parent, but not just remove them from the kids life as too often happens. ((okay I can't really say too often, but this is what happened to my friend dan when his mom and step dad got caught making meth in their truck. He was forced to live with his real dad and not see his mom, and while his real dad isn't a meth-head, he's an abusive drunken asshole living in a dirty 1 room apartment.. dan was doing alot better with his meth addicted parents.))

Anyway, violence probably isn't the solution, I'll give you that. There's probably a way to find the same results without it anyway. Threatening to rat him out could do the trick, and teling him that if he does anything stupid he has friends who are all willing to rat on him as well.

professionals? fuck that shit i am the mo fuckin' professional, and i thank everyone who replyed to my post.. it is now 11:01am i have just woken up, and now to start my day of smoking weed and beating up crackheads = )
