HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!

So can I use hydrogen peroxide? I was told they sell it at my local CVS charmarcy.. For a 17gal rez how much would I need, & how do I use & when do I use it... I guess u guys suggested using calmag + or B-1 B-52 or hydrogen peroxide.
