How in the hell can people state that the Bush administration fabricated stories when the "same stories" were being told by the Clinton administration. I guess G.W. should have done the same as Bill....just ignore the situation and have an affair! :thumbsup:

Hello!!!! The Clinton administration was given the same information!! To bad we couldn't get cooperation from Syria!!

And yet it wasn't until good ol' GW Bush came around that we actually went to war. Bush wanted to go to war with Iraq, plain and simple. Whether it was to finsih what Daddy started, revenge for the attempt on Daddy's life, or just to boost his fucking ego, he wanted war. He didn't care how he got it. What bothers me most is that going to war, and sending young American to die, should be the absolute last thing a President ever wants to happen during his Presidency. Bush not only wanted it, he did everything possible to make sure it happened. Absolutely shameful.

Avoidence of the issue? Fact is many of the Dems thought the war was justified before the changed their minds. Clinton said that Sadamm was trying to get WMDs during his administration....his ol' lady backed him up during Bush's administration with some of her great speaches. Fact is, Cheney is just calling them for what they are. :thumbsup:
