Alcohol interferes with your REM periods...so I won't get a good nights sleep....and i dont really want to resort to alcohol to sleep....that would involve me drinking till I pass out everynight...lol....not a good idea...

thats true.....and what I have been doing but now I go round to my mates after college and they smoke alot so there is always a spliff bring passed round....

I dont have C-Span lol whatever that is....LOL


Maybe I should quit weeed for a little while?...Then I could save some money, lower my tolerance....but I wont slepp very well....ill smoke more ciggies....wont be able to get stoned...

How to get to sleep? does anyone have any techniques for getting to sleep easier? like breathing techniques or....I dont know.....anything really lol I smoke before bed everynight and this doesn't help anymore....which i think might be because I have been smoking in the day alot recently, which has built my tolerance up... if I dont smoke in the day the "bedtime" spliff usually knocks me out for the night....but at the moment i'm finding it very hard to avoid smoking in the day...
