Forget everything, you need a clear head to fall asleep, but then you have to think about not thinking, and clearing your mind.
The harder you try to fall asleep, the longer it will take to achieve it.
There isn't really anything you can do, other than buying some sleeping pills. hope i helped!

How to get to sleep? does anyone have any techniques for getting to sleep easier? like breathing techniques or....I dont know.....anything really lol I smoke before bed everynight and this doesn't help anymore....which i think might be because I have been smoking in the day alot recently, which has built my tolerance up... if I dont smoke in the day the "bedtime" spliff usually knocks me out for the night....but at the moment i'm finding it very hard to avoid smoking in the day...
