how to contact a mod

I see the mods listed but can't seem to message them. I've checked to enable pming and can't seem to find it.

You have to be a Cafe Member (pay for it £/$) to IM, but the mods are about every so often, so you have to wait for them to see the thread you make.

I'm not in my right mind at the moment and quite scared.I'm second guessing my first post out here...call it paranoia and shock ....I want to delete or even edit my original post for my own sanity.

I'm a wreck and not thinking properly ....is there anyway possible to communicate with a mod in private?

No not unless you are a Cafe Member, or they have msn or yahoo or something and they'll allow you to have their address.
What can be so terribly wrong that you have to speak to a mod in private, on a cannabis website? lol
