That's actually Bill Hicks, a big influence in Tool's music. "Think for yourself. Question authority." on Salival is actually an exerpt from a Timothy Leary speech. I used to be positive Tool wrote on acid, but Maynard seems to believe the key is to achieve the insights typically thought to reveal themselves through the usage of psychedelics, but sober.
