heres my little trick
hold in the toke for 10 seconds, then cough out the rest. i am at the point where i no longer cough from harshness too often, but i cough on purpose because coughing widens the glands or poors or whatever in your throat, and you absorb a shitload more thc then you would normally exhaling. im probbaly wrong about how it works, but fuck, it works. i always make myself cough after holding it in for a little while. peace.
