Well green tea has caffeine in it, so it gives a better awareness and alertness, and it soothes you at the same time. Just try it, you'll know what I mean.

heres a couple of things i do if i got hardly any bud or jus down to smokin leaf.

hold in each hit you take for 30 seconds no less.

take a puff from a j/blunt like you would a cigg witout actually inhalin then slowly start breathin through your nose and force the smoke in your mouth to go up your nose hold that hit in for around 15 seconds.

Holding in the smoke longer does get you higher, I know that for sure.

take your bud and rape the little crystals on the top and all the red hairs. now take it in one shot in the nose. ahahahahah. no, seriously, make a lung, this gets u so much high or just some blast or some bong. and i like to drink caffeine too while im stoned. makes me less vedge and the high is way more better. try some hasch too or oil. the best is to make a nice joint with all those 3 things: pot,hasch and oil! MIAM
