Done it plenty of times. Best thing to use is not a jar. Best thign to use is a frosted mug (one of those things with a waterlike thing between the outside and the inside that freezes). My first time i thought i was gonna throw up i was coughing so hard.

Freeze a jar ( like a glass jelly jar is the best) but something that is about the same height as a jelly jar and is glass 2.
