So this fellow essentially concludes that you can't win a war on terror: "... terrorism is unlikely to be expunged." I can agree with that point.

I recall an interview in "Anarchy: A Journal of Desire Armed" from over 15 years ago, in which an East European anarchist was asked for his definition of anarchy. He replied, there is a large pothole in the street in front of your apartment complex. Citizens will wait for the government to fix it. An anarchist will fill it himself. He went on to talk about individual responsibility. I suppose he had seen enough of government control and violence.

By definition, there has to be as many definitions of anarchist as there are anarchists.
