i have no say, seeing as im not a chic, but i would assume that most like their guys muscular. Not like to the point where its gross with veins bulging everywhere even when not flexing, but atleast having a six pack and pecks.

myself, i love to work out. i get up in the mnorning and im sore as hell, my back hurts and my muscles ache... but then i get on my bowflex (gotta love bowflex) and go for about 30 mins and i feel great. it wakes me up fully and i can relax, the blood flows and my body is no longer aching.

i started about two months ago and now ive got good pecks, lats, bi's, tri's, and thigh's... still waiting for that sixer tho. most chix havent noticed yet but those who have are all over me. cant wait for summer to get here so i can go swimming and rake in the ladies. ill bring my guitar to the beach so i have reinforcements

you know sit ups have been shown to do little or nothing right? it's all about cruchnes now =/ i'm almost sick of science...they say one thing, then 2 years later turn around and say the opposite... but atleast this i could agree on.... if i do 500 situps i'm out of breathe and my back hurts, if i do 500 crunchs (of course alternating them some to target diffrent ab groups) my whole stomach will burn, my back will hurt and i'll be outta breathe... if i had to choose between the two, i'd say crunches are doing something, where as sit ups are wasting my time.

i used to do situps all the time... but now i got bowflex and it has a thing on it to do them from a standing position with resistance. i love it cause it is much less painful while working my muscles twice as hard

I have lost more than 30 pounds in muscle since summer 2004...I used to be hardcore into weightlifting...I am a skinny guy naturally and I got up to almost 175 at my peak, buuuuut since I am in college now...I havent really had time. So now I just skateboard and swim...I weigh about 130

he ant far off wrong, if hes a athlete. Average fat percentage is around 15 to 17% for men and 18 to 22% for women, as for athletes it can be as low as 5% but averages around 9 / 10 %
