C. W. Post Campus of Long Island University. His criminal charges were a lot worse, but he escaped jail and he's going to the school again now.

Was I the only pety thug who never, ever got busted? I mean, when I was young, I would throw empty pop cans, filled with pebbles, and throw them at cop cars, but I was never dumb enough to get caught.

I smoked tons of drugs in public, tripped out on acid in public, mushrooms in a casino, cocaine binging all night and spray painting hobos, pelting them with pellet guns (plastic pellets), drunk in public, spray painting...all kinds of shit...I never ever got busted for that shit.

I have only been busted with booze in public once, a $115 ticket, I still haven't paid it or went to court

So, are kids just dumb or are cops more present now than they use to be? I'm talking like, 10yrs ago for me now.
