I like Kools best, but I only smoke socially so I've only tried a couple brands. I'm comparing to Marlboro Reds, Marlboro Lights, Salem Black Label, Salem Green Label, Camel Turkish Golds, and some other Camel the name of which I didn't catch.

I thought the Marlboros were flavorless on both counts, and the Salem Black Label was good, but not great. I liked the Kools best as a menthol, the Salem Green Labels for a very smooth, light smoke, and the Camels for a flavorful non-menthol flavor.
