and yea i know some people can say no, hell stores can refuse to sell anyone anything...i'm just saying i don't think there's a law behind it...i could be wrong, but i've been 12-13 and walked into stores and bought lighters....just find a "chink-store" they usually sell cigs. to kids (i know of a couple in my area) and beer as well, they do n't give a fuck about age at all, so i can guess they wouldn't say shit for a lighter.
