With hash you really shouldn't burn it to crumble it down, whether double 0 or soapbar of the poorest quality, use either a small cheese grater or a hash grinder...seriously, i know weak hash contains a piss poor amount of thc, but you still burn away some of it when you crumble it with a flame. Failing that, if you want to clean up your hash and crumble it down into powder, immerse it in a shot-glass full of boiling water, crush it with a spoon while still immersed, then sift the water out. What you'll be left with is alot purer, nicer to smoke and a cleaner high.


Plus your fingers end up brown from crumbling it and you get holes in everything from the bombers - I cant lie back and relax when smoking hash because hot rocks are always falling but then again, probably cos its crap hash
That's about right, do you also notice tiny bits of plastic when you crumble it, setting on fire? If it's rock solid, it's soapbar.

Hash kinda smells cheap. When you walk into a room and people are smoking skunk, it smells more inviting
Definitely agreed on both accounts, but really good hash smells awesome.

High wise - skunk is stronger but makes me more paranoid than when I smoke hash. I enjoy smoking hash socially and prefer smoking skunk when I'm alone
I know what you mean about the paranoia thing, skunks a killer for that. If anyone smokes hash only, then moves to skunk, it fucking melts your brain so that it slops around inside your skull. High-wise, i'm probably willing to bet that what you said is correct in reference to the UK...but the strongest hash is always stronger than the strongest skunk, because it's practically compressed thc crystals...skunk is still vegetable matter at the end of the day.
