Congratulations on the new house.

First thing is if it has the name Miracle Grow anywhere on the package, RUN!!!!
Donā??t buy that crap for growing this plant. You don't want to use ANY granules of nutrients no matter what they say. They are not for growing pot plants.

You need to find a good place where you can have fresh air coming in and hot air going out. You will need room for fans inside the area as well as room for exhaust fan and air in blower.

Good lighting is important too. 400w HPS (Try to get an air cooled hood and inline air blower) with a Hortilux bulb is a good first light. You can use Hortilux bulbs from start to finish. It's better if you have MH for vegetation cycle and HPS for flower cycle. For seedling cycle you should be using fluorescent lights cool white for seedling cycle. MH is to much for a young plant and can cause your plant to dry out and die on you.

Dirt farming is a good way to start and easy to do. You need good sterile soil that has no nutrients at all and mix it 50/50 with Perlite.

You use 5 gallon buckets with a bunch of holes drilled in the bottom (about 50-100 holes) you put them in the bottom and up the side about 3". Put your mixed soil in the bucket with the drainage holes.

Next you need a second bucket and just place the first bucked inside the second bucket. It is to catch the runoff water and give some air room for the roots.

You will need a dirt meter but they are cheap at HD only about 9 bucks. It will tell you the PH of your dirt and when to water.

A fan in your grow room will move the air around and strengthen the stocks by air movement.

That should get you started to grow.

As for the seeds you may like to try Northern lights #5 it's very easy to grow and forgiving. Very good high too and you will enjoy it.

There are other things you will need but that will get you started.
