Look around the forums here you'll find many great ideas. I suggest you look into CFL's.

FloureX by Lights of America can be found at HD or Lowes in the security lighting section for about 40 bucks.

    That one.

In fact if you got the money get 2 of them. Use a 1x4 to hold them together about 8" apart then hang the wood. That will give you good light and coverage for your plants.

Yes it very safe, everything is inside the housing and the heat is not bad at all. I use them myself from time to time when I have many clones to grow out or hold a little longer. Whether there is a fire or not is your control and common sense on your part.

The light is sealed and safe to use if that is what you are asking. You can open it up and install bolts with out causing problems the electronics are on one end behide the bulb. Just don't go there and you are fine and if you do then just use common sense.

Use heavy duty guage wire if you use extention cords. I use 12 guage for up to 75 feet with about one thousand watts from a combination of 3 different kinds of light. Light weight extention cords are a good way to burn your place down... Don't overload your timer - get one that's rated to handle your output. Good Luck
I have finished my research here and can now complete my book - BTW - I\'m a male author, not a female. All photos that I put up here were from a site I found on the internet. I haven\'t ever smoked pot or grown anything except regular fruit or vegetables when I was a kid.

I hope you all don\'t get caught growing pot most of you seem like decent people. I\'ve never used pot, but so far my research points to the idea that pot \"seems\" to be less dangerous than booze.
