Anybody recommands some good gel to help me quit smoking cigaretts please

Gel? You know what works, welbutrin. Go to a doc, get a prescribtion, after a couple of weeks of taking it, i was able to stop smoking without any negative effects. I ran out of cigs one day, and didn't need any more. About a week after quitting I started having bad nightmares, but those stopped after the first month. the nightmare thing is normal for people that quit smoking though.

what is welbutrin? i live in romania u think is called welbutrin here too ? or what should i ask about?

Keep yourself occupied at really cool things, at places where you cant smoke. Thats how I quit!! Really. Also everytime you feel like you need a cigarette, smoke some weed until you dont want a cig. no more. Everytime you want to smoke weed DO IT!! You may spend A little bit of money on weed, But it's a better way to quit than that bullshit other ways, and also it will probaly be as much as buying anyother product.

I have done this, my sis's boyfriend did this and we both stopped smokin.Two of my other friends are trying to stop too!! If you try my idea post and tell me how it went in the LOUNGE FORUM!!!!

I don't know of any gel caps, that work. I use 2 smoke cigg's alot, but then I crossed over 2 chew for a while. Then quit chew/dip and have been tobacco free for a few months now.
