Gel? You know what works, welbutrin. Go to a doc, get a prescribtion, after a couple of weeks of taking it, i was able to stop smoking without any negative effects. I ran out of cigs one day, and didn't need any more. About a week after quitting I started having bad nightmares, but those stopped after the first month. the nightmare thing is normal for people that quit smoking though.
