Why don't you try smoking more Weed? That's what worked for a friend of mine, a few years ago. I've never seen him smoke cigarettes, but, then again, I haven't hung out with him in a few years.

Gel? You know what works, welbutrin. Go to a doc, get a prescribtion, after a couple of weeks of taking it, i was able to stop smoking without any negative effects. I ran out of cigs one day, and didn't need any more. About a week after quitting I started having bad nightmares, but those stopped after the first month. the nightmare thing is normal for people that quit smoking though.

That sounds good, if you absolutely need the medical assistance, i quit by gradually cutting back and then just going cold turkey. It was kinda hard, but now the smell of cigarette smoke disgusts me and im soo glad i quit. :thumbsup:

im tryin to quit cold turkey now, and i found that if you wear a rubber band around your wrist and evertime you want a cig, you snap it really hard the craving goes away. give it a shot, its workin for me

Hey thats a pretty good idea, a sort of negative reinforcement to reduce your cravings and eventually quit smoking.

Well i might seem a lil bit too much of an addict to it, but actually my father, my 2 sisters, my step father and some of my friends were able to quit by smoking weed...maybe you cannot afford it or don't have a pusher or just cannot be stone whenever you want or have too much of need rush at work??? tell me i'll find a solution! :thumbsup:

i smoke weed since 2002 ( I LOVE IT )
i cant afford it its really expensive in my country (eg. if u got a normal job in my country, when the month and u get ur money, u can buy ONLY 16 g of CRAP weed
i can be stone whenever i want, well when i have weed im always stone, first thing i do when i wakeup is "ROLL AND SMOKE"

you right if i have weed all the time i dont smoke cigs anymore.
i growed 3 plants (was first time) got some weed which i smoked for 1 month ish now ... i have none left again and i need cigs again.

normal cigs are fucking me up , my life , my money , my health i really want to quit them but when i try to quit.... i dont smoke few hours then something inside me hurt and piss me off till i get a cig.

any help is REALLY appreciated.
