I'll give you my own experiences with it, with out any bullshit, because I know you don't wanna fuck with it. You probably want to most know what it's like through a needle. Right after it goes in to you the rush starts, and it's not really a rush or anything, and it doesn't hit you hard. It's just like a giant furball of good feelings unwrapping itself inside of you. You stay high for a few hours off one dose, and you feel at one with everything, you're at peace, everything is okay. Not great, not wonderful, not bad, sad, happy, or joyful, just okay. Just like ....yeah...

That's just me, alot of people hurl for awhile and then don't wake up face down in their puke

Heroin isn't what kills you. It's the addiction. Alot of those stimulant addictions are terrible, but heroin's physical withdrawl is so strong that it can kill you. I'm a heavy user of opiates, I use heroin very very rarely, but at this point in my life I'm not yet ready to quit and face up to the withdrawls. I've gone in to them, and made it so far, and decided I can't handle it yet. I've been managing a pretty safe, and relativly low level of use to get me through. But it's hard.
