Paris Boosts Security for Armistice Day as Riots Enter 3rd Week
``We're seeing a decline in activity nationwide, with some resistance in the Paris region,'' Michel Gaudin, the chief of French police, said at a briefing in Paris today. ``The incidents are increasingly isolated, making it easier to clamp down. We cannot yet cry victory.''
