Definitely expands the mind, I make some crazy weird stuff on guitar while I'm high, that I can't do while I'm NOT high.
And yeah, I do it because it makes me happy.

reality and the truth in drugs

Sometimes I smoke so I can really appreciate music.

Other times just for thought. Unfortunately, the thoughts start bouncing around in my mind and I don't concentrate for very long on anything in particular. I do come to realize what my faults are....and how pretentious I can be at times, vowing right then and there to correct myself and learn humility, but when the high wears off, the bad habits return.

for me smoking feels like i can just leave the world behind, with all it's problems, and just be in a safe, happy place.

for me yeah its a break from reality - its a change from normal life - you feel the same all your life - but weed makes you feel different - and its something to do - theres sometimes when i wanna get fucked up and theres other times i just wanna get high
    you cant take a picture

its nice to get a break once in a while...but usually, when i do drugs, its to know a different reality...kinda like an explorer...to feel emotions usually not present in sober life...

i dont believe i will live older than 40...but i aim to be like a shooting star...only around briefly, but for that memorable time, the brightests light in the sky...

speaking of lights...my lamp is blinking on and off...

i know how i am going to die...sometimes i have dreams over and over again, and they usually pertain to my life...well ive had the dream of dying while looking into a mirror about 25 times now...

what i saw in the mirror was fear, fear of what i have found...

smoking allows me to see things differently. To discover new possibilities I wouldn't normally consider. It also allows be to focus my attention differently. Creatively isn't the word I want to use, but it's the best one that comes to mind... Sober reality is still my reality, but I can apply what I learn in other realities to it.
So essentially, I think smoking makes me a better person.
