Sharp concentration how do i get it more

Sometimes when im playing pool all my shots go right were i want them to and i whip everyones ass But more often i play like shit.Also some times when im playing video games my bullets never miss. How do i get more of this im not playing to my potential all the time.

I just read a book about this called Flow. Sadly, reading the book didn't put me in the state of flow. What a waste of 200 pages. Wee now I can recognize it when I'm in it. Almost cool, but not quite. Play alot, eventually you just start to flow and can play well without even trying to. Here's my advice: Don't read a book on how to flow. That just made me think about flow all the time, and when you're thinking about it, most likely you aren't flowin.

smoke some weed, i may lose my train of thought often, but at the same time my concentration level (if it doesn't require a large ammount of thiking, i.e. playing an online fps game) goes up dramaticly.

i've founf that i am much more focused when stoned, and completely scatterbrained otherwise, i cant focus worth shit if im not high lol it sucks...


unless im gaming, my attention is good for gaming... im focused enough... but i play 10 times better stoned lol

I used to get stoned to beat difficult video games, but then video games started getting crazy graphics and my mind started wandering, so that stopped working.

i've found a weird technique the other day while playing pool... when the other person tries to shoot, ill focus all of my bad energy on the cue ball or their cue and i can literally see it vibrating. and when they shoot, they never make it, no matter how good they are. but what goes around comes around, and i didnt make any of my balls in. evil never reaps good rewards.

eventually i said fuck it and whenever they shot i would let go, and say to myself, "no control, anything can happen... maybe something good" and they started to make a few, but not many, and i sunk all of mine...

when it comes to energy, itr can be controlled, but its not very good to do so if your intent is only for personal gain at others expense
