Its a movie released in the U.S in 1998, with Dave Chapelle, Jim Brewer, Harland Williams ( who also has a fantastic stand up act), Guillermo Diaz, Clarence Williams III. Cameo's include Janene garafalo, one of the baldwins , Jon Stewart, and last but not least Bob Saget.
Another great line from the movie. "Right near the beach, Boy!"
