What went wrong?

Heres what I have changed in the last 2-3 weeks to have potentionally cause this.
1. Introduced 150w HPS 1 foot above canopy with high rate pc fan blowing over top of plant'

2. Miracle grow plant sticks were added [ not my idea] the wife bought them since we are sharing in the fun of gardening. So i didnt even know till i watered the plant and was like what the hell are these. I yanked them out. but they broke into mush so i didn't get it all. I did proceed to flush the soil.
Plant was last fed MG by me 1 month ago [hey my name IS Peabrain] other than that nothing else.

3. A small heater was placed in grow space, a 17''x 27''x 38'' space. located in the garage where it gets cold and will get colder in the next month 20s-30s
Thermostat set at 70.

The first pic is the major damage, the second is an ok looking specimin but the leaves are very narrow. I am 2 weeks into flowering but see no signs of buds forming yet, plant is approx 7-8 weeks old.

Please help out ole peabrain cause the wife is gonna kill me for dropping $160 bucks on a light and I get no buds ...lol

Its a female for sure I can count at least 50 white hairs all over the plant. now can anyone help with the Question.
