yeah there are.. my advice these days would be if you're in america, don't do it lol. it could fuck up your whole education. What you really need to do is save up and rent your own appartment, fuck this dorm shit. Do whatever the fuck you want in your own house but doing it at college/uni will burn you in a bad way. Vaporise or eat it coz the smell will bait you out.
