Hey, I should be trying ecstacy for the first time in a few weeks, I was wondering if anyone had any tips about how I could make my experience more enjoyable or how to stop myself freaking out if it comes to that. drink orange juice to make it come on faster, but it will still take an hour for it to kick in, put on some sweet tunes and screw your girlfriend and it will be a good experience

Here are some tips-

Listen to music, with good bass - it will sound amazing

This is probably more for someone used to E, but baths are amazing when you are high, probably not your 1st time though....

Smoke a joint, it will taste so gooood and you will be able to take mega draws

Be with someone you love and care about, you will want to hug them tell them how much you love them - and not because you are wasted or dont know what your saying - but because you really mean it and E breaks down barriers

Dont eat - its fucking revolting

Only drink as much water as you lose, dont drink too much or you will dilute your sodium levels too much, dont not drink at all or you will dehydrate because you sweat a lot, especially your hands

Go for a nice peaceful walk, eveything will look soooo beautiful

Look at clouds and trip the fuck out (I only really get this after 3 or 4 though)

Dance -you know you want to

Lie on your back with headphones on - you will lose yourself in the music

I promise you, you will love it if you get a decent pill-I havent had a bad one yet

Eh that all depends....the pill could be too strong for you and you could OD. The reason why they say you can die the first time is because of some stupid chick in the UK drank too much water while on E and it caused her brain to swell. Their milking that story so much that blood is in the milk. Pretty much, just research the stuff you should usually drink about 250 ml of water (quarter of a liter) each hour and no more. Because it can kill you if you drink way too much water believe it or not...

Anyways back on the topic. Make sure you are positive about doing it, I'm sure that won't be the case cause your going to be with someone you love very much. If things do get too crazy for you just remember to go with the flow. Get some good tunes to listen to it will sound amazing.
